Predict the World Cup with AI

Start from absolute zero and learn the models that put a real number on "who wins": logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks. Nine lessons packed with games you actually play, a certificate worth 100 XP when you finish, and a live challenge to predict real World Cup 2026 matches.

Never touched AI before?
You are exactly who we built this for.

You do not need any maths beyond what you already do in school, and you do not need to know how to code. Every idea starts from a football example you already understand, then we slowly connect it to the real formula and the real Python. If you can follow "the better team usually wins, but not always," you can follow this whole course.

๐ŸŽฏ

Explain what a machine learning model actually is, in plain words.

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Read the logistic regression formula and work out a win probability by hand.

๐ŸŒณ

Walk a decision tree and calculate a Gini score to judge a split.

๐Ÿงฉ

Group teams with clustering, a model that needs no answer key.

๐Ÿง

Fire a neural network and see how it stacks features into layers.

๐Ÿฅ…

Predict where a penalty will go using real placement data.

๐Ÿ

Read and reorder real Python, run charts, and train the models.

โ˜๏ธ

Open Google Colab and run your first notebook for free.

๐Ÿ”ฎ

Predict real World Cup 2026 matches and say which model you used.

๐ŸŽ“

Earn a downloadable certificate and 100 XP for finishing the whole course.

Work through them in order.

Each lesson builds on the one before. Start at the top. You can always come back, your place is saved.

โšฝ Why football?

Because you already have an expert's intuition for it. You know a stronger team usually wins but sometimes loses, that home advantage is real, and that recent form matters. Machine learning is just a way to turn that intuition into numbers a computer can use. And right now it could not be more real: two Caribbean nations, Curaรงao and Haiti, are playing in their first World Cup in decades, and the quarterfinals kick off today.
